This post is basically a ramble of some of my reflections on the last few months after I was diagnosed with bowel cancer.

So I’m starting a podcast, this is my first little one, it’s basically a sound test. This is a space for me to discuss life, spirituality, creativity, and pretty much anything I want. It’s kinda part of my creative process… or something. Hope you enjoy, or at least sleep well.
